Have any of the guys on here experienced a rapid onset of hair thinning and shedding with either PFS or PSSD? I had no hair loss at all prior and a full hairline, and since this second crash my hair is rapidly receding, and extremely itchy and flaky scalp, and all of my hair is thinning. It would be helpful to hear if anyone has experienced similar. I am unsure if it's androgen related or coming from the gut.

If it’s in the male pattern baldness area, it’s from androgens. If it’s a general thinning across your entire head (including the back, sides, etc) then it’s probably not from male pattern baldness.
The general best advice is that if you don’t like how it looks anymore, shave your head and rock that look instead. Focus on recovery from PFS — focusing on your hair is what got you in this situation to begin with. (Same goes for me and everyone here.)
