B12 Injection - Not doing good

Let my doctor talk me into doing a B12 injection this morning. I've recently had labs for STDs, Lyme, Homocysteine, fucking everything under the sun. Only thing it showed was elevated cholesterol, low normal range B12, Vitamin D, Ferritin and Copper. All hormones and every other panel was normal.

Within 45 minutes of the B12 injection, my anhedonia and total body numbness got worse. I can't feel shit at all, and I imagine i've set myself even further back quite a bit. Nice. Any advice?

I’m sorry to hear that you had this bad reaction to the B12 injection.

You can’t feel things anywhere in your body? That sounds really rough. Hang in there and keep going with the protocol. If you’re feeling total body numbness I would consider seeing a doctor just to rule out some kind of non-PFS allergy issue. If the reaction is from PFS, I’m sure the protocol will reverse it. I don’t think it would cause a long term setback, I haven’t heard of this happening with B12, only some of the other B vitamins, I think B6.

Hair is falling out at the root, crazy muscle wasting, thinning skin, smaller veins everywhere, bottom of feet hurt like shit, chronic constipation, anhedonia, If I listed it all its probably 40 things. Someone could get their head blown off in front of me and my heart rate wouldn't even increase. I've had tons of labs and everything is "normal" for the most part. Doctor is considering sending me off to a specialist at Emory to look into small fiber neuropathy and spinal tab antibody testing. He's exhausted all conventional labs with nothing showing up.

Have not done a juice feast or a water fast as of now, since this 2nd crash last year. I understand that is step 1 of the program. So I guess I will do that first. Was doing fucking ok man. I had pieces of my life back, and I'm just back at square one. It's been very tough to swallow. I just don't see why a feast or water fast would help or if it's even a good idea. I weigh 138 lbs dude.

The autophagy and release of toxins during a fast is really good among other things. I weight 130 and lost 10ish pounds during the fast but I put it all back on within a week and a half ish

I had total body numbness at certain points during my nightmare. I remember surfing, and the water was cold....freezing even. Everyone else had wetsuits on, and I was out there with everyone looking at me like I had two heads. I just didn't "feel" it. I remember thinking to myself, something is very wrong.....it's part of pfs.

Because obviously something in that shot did not agree with your body. The best way to "clear it out" is to cleanse. You'll have the same results by sticking to the protocol, but the cleanse will get it out quicker.
