I'll elaborate on what the others in this thread have said:
The consensus in this community is that '5ari foods' ain't nothing to worry about because you would have to eat too much than is realistically possible to actually worsen yourself (with the probable exceptions of like Saw Palmetto and Lions Mane).

Avocados, tomatos, and just about every plant ever are allegedly 5ari. So are eggs even. These foods almost certainly won't worsen you, and personally, I wouldn't want to live life having to give up all these '5ari foods' anyway.
