Ethically... if there are no rules against it, you can ethically use them.

Practically... for you, it's not wise. DJ is right. We've seen this pattern from you. The next supp is the next magic bullet, works wonders, helps so much... and then a couple months later there's the next one. Now you are looking at AAS. I've mentioned to you before, there is really no reason to use them except maybe anavar for its recuperative/healing properties.

You are already the strongest guy in any matchup you will have on the mat. You don't need more strength. You don't need more size. You need quickness, agility, flexibility. None of which AAS or supps will do for you. That leads us back to training and diet...
All advice given is for entertainment value only. And it's free. Take it for what it's worth.

yeah well when you get to the point where your strength and size aint so much of an advantage for you because of the skill level involved, even if you got bigger and stronger and faster it wont help as much as getting more skilled in the actual craft. but id say some androhard/alphatest(a hard wanna b) would be great for recovery while you train and cut and lose bf%

just look at the royce gracie taking on kimo back in the day, royce had the body of a cyclist on the tour de france while kimo was big ripped and juiced to the gills, all about the skills baby

Early 90's MMA is hardly applicable to the current scene. BJJ is practically unheard of in this country, but it is now almost as common as a TMA school.

The only thing I might recommend would be looking into TRT as your body has been pretty beat up over the years, but it should still be viewed as only a piece of the puzzle and not the bulk of it.

Yeah I have had toys sitting on my shelf for quite some time and I have been looking for an excuse to use em. Definetly wanted to wait till I hit a certain level of bf before attempting though, but the ethics debate started playing in my mind as well. I'll take some time just concectrating on training and diet ( not giving up supps though ) and get some bloodwork done possibly in January for info and insight.
