Pull ups and rows.
I'll be adding in weighted pull-ups next week.
look up mountain dog shoulder training. Done it for every other shoulder day, and it changed the look of my shoulders a ton while on this cycle which is similar to yours.
Arms look awesome, jealous.

Yesterday was a rest day, so no lifting and i must say, didn't eat as much as I should. I have a hard time with it on my off days. One thing AAS did for me is allow me to move my head in really unusual ways lol
oh and i dont know how to pose, so dont take those seriously
