    It would likely kill you first. Keep in mind that type II diabetics use insulin to assist the pancreas, but don't shut it down.

    First off- insulin has the misconception of increasing hunger, which is opposite as it INCREASES leptin levels (fed signal) and decreases NeuroPeptide-Y (NPY) which is a powerhouse in hunger stimulus.

    Now...when blood sugar drops LOW -- you will get hungry or defense mechanisms kick in for craving sugar.

    Insulin results....its different for everyone just like anything. I personally do not EXPLODE on it, but I also have just toyed around with it at 8-10-12 units pre workout only.
