Is there a reason that no companies offer this? I know it has an interesting taste, But it's such a good protein/carb source.

i know whenever i cook quinoa i rinse it first. i think it has bitter saponins that taste nasty. but other than this i can't see a reason not to. oh wait. if you're a weston a pricer it's got THE DREADED PHYTATE
