    Sleds?

I'm making my annual pilgrimage to the land of the free and the home of the brave in December. Mostly to visit my 90 year old mom and other family. But it's also an oppty to get and bring back with me stuff that would be impractically expensive to ship separately and/or wouldn't get past customs except (usually) in my hand carry. Among the former items, I'm thinking of a Rogue Fitness Dog Sled. Does anyone have any views on it or alternative push/pull/ drag devices

Sleds are amazing... Use a prowler and a few other drag sleds pretty damn often. In fact today I did 60 ft chest fly/press with 100lbs one way then back with face pull another 60 ft. About a minute rest then another set. 4x total. Was a good little exercise had me sweating. Felt great doin it. Do tons of sled work. Pretty much can do a ton of work with the sled.

I'd get a Prowler since you both push and pull it.

    Sleds?

I bought a prowler for use at my local gym and it has been excellent since I really hate conventional cardio. Plus, the amount of things you can do with it are limited one by your imagination.

This. I am fortunate to have to performance enhancement center on post and they have two but the turf length is not quite what I wish it was.

My gym is a little small for a good distance push so I add more weight. I bought the indoor and outdoor pads so I look forward to using outside as weather improves.

I knew a guy who seriously knew his stuff on power lifting and just being strong as hell, he loved Sleds/Prowlers. Said it was amazing for building leg strength, and endurance.
