    Lifting shoes

I just wanted to post up a recommendation for a good shoe. It's from the brand Innovate and the model is the Bare-XF 210. What I like about it best is that it has zero rise from heal to toe and that the sole is one piece. I started to search around for a good pair of cross trainers after I ripped the sole of a shoe while pushing a heavily loaded prowler. Also since its practically like being bare foot, I don't have to take my shoes off any more to dead lift, a practice frowned upon by my gym. It allows for a better sense of weight distribution as well.

And they don't look bad either.
Since I lift at home I use wrestling shoes for squats and deads and for everything else I use 1 of my pairs of running shoes.

What's a pair of those run?

I was just about to ask who likes to wear their (old) wrestling shoes for working out in? I was thinking about buying a new pair for just that reason since I destroyed my old wrestling shoes.

They are fairly cheap and last a long time.
Both of those equal a good deal to me.

I bought mine from Dick's online for $100.

    Thanks.
I have one of those stores fairly local so I'll stop in and see if they stock them.

Chuck's for lower as I need a high top shoe for squats and deads to put more weight on the outside of my foot. I use minimalist shoes for everything else.

Good to see that I'm not the only one who uses old wresting shoes, LOL.

I used an old pair back in high school during gym (2001-ish) and got weird looks. I love the barefoot feeling.
If you can bench more than you can squat, you're doing it wrong!

I would have stayed with Adidas myself, and truth be told, the Innovate pair is brutal for running sprints, but the Adidas just fell apart pushing on the sled.
