I don't think he walks around as big as many of the top 5 olympias, does he? not sure

Actually bigger. Except last year, his coach didn't let him get back up the to 300+ lbs like he used to do. It helped tremendously too, as he got his waist to look very respectable.

respectable? he looked amazing! his conditioning was great, he shoulda won just phil is blessed with 3D muscles

His waist was still a bit much. As is Phil's. Phil's first Olympia win was primo physique IMO. Then Phil packed on another 20 lbs and it's just a bit much.

Phil is a very deserving champ. It's hard to imagine how much more he can improve though, same with Kai. Only area I can think of, is in conditioning, again for both. Even then, conditioning they showed last year is going to be tough to beat.

Look out for Shaun Rhoden, Cedric Mcmillan to challenge Phil and Kai this year.

You really think he looks like a mess? Now Branch looks like a mess imo.

If Rhoden makes improvements like he did last year, his chances will increase.

(gonna recant that statement ) I think Branch has looked awesome, but if anyone were to qualify looking like a mess, Branch would win over Roelly, first imo.

Now for me, a red sweat means Kai If I see a red sweat, I immediately think of him
