4g Creatine HCL? I thought the dosage was 1.5g, is it that much better mega dosed?

3gram is the sweet spot. which is 4 scoops of the scooper that con cret comes with. dj said he's used higher does than 4 and noticed no difference.

That's sort of a typo, I meant 3mg, 1gm per 100 pounds plus an extra just because I feel it more.

I'll try 3g then. Just bought some con-cret and got a free Beta-cret with it. Not cheap, but the most expensive supplements are the ones that don't work.

it was pretty good but a PIA to make it...i called it Placebo whenever someone asked what i was drinking..it least i got a laugh out of it if no one else did, lol
