i think the eating almost comes across a little Whole Foodsy, as in "eat more greens"
The ones that throw out the "only because of AAS" are simply jealous. They're not hard to find and it takes much, much more than just a few cc's of oil to really kick ass in the gym. I hear the same thing when it comes to PL gear. My hearing isn't that good anymore, but I still hear something along the lines of, "it's only because of the gear," at least once per week.
I say fuck 'em. They're always the guys that do the same shit over and over and never make any progress.

like rodja said, those are the people who never progress cause they put so much stock into what they think you are doing, and very little in what they actually do
as for the eating in particular, iv been meaning to start a thread, just swamped, however as of jan 3rd im not a vegetarian any longer, and the effects of meat after a 6yr absence is VERY anabolic........thus dietary manipulation is always the key (not saying go off meat for 6yrs)......and now i am quite interested to see what would happen if i cycled eating this way, i hadnt used a prewo back then (honey sandwich prewo) let alone anabolics
