Appetite suppression for females

The wife is on her first cut and is getting pretty hungry. She is taking Hoodia and that helped, but it doesn't anymore. Is there anything that worked well for you guys?

Alphamine really worked for me. You can drink it in divided doses throughout the day and it just straight destroyed my hunger. Later on, when I'm close enough to my goals to justify a cut, I am going to use it.

No problem. I am sticking to mostly basics right now, except for one supplement- 2mg nicotine mints. It also knocks down the hunger. I take one mid morning and then drink coffee. I suppose it's considered extreme, but it works and it makes my mood better.

I am a former smoker. When used twice a day, it's fairly low dose. It doesn't even generate a buzz.
