    It's true though. Just look at your case. You refuse to try. You never even had a hard time in PFS (you said so yourself) and now you're crying because life put the hammer on your ass.

    You have a chance to get better. But you seem to refuse to face your fears and face reality. Come on buddy! Stop spamming this forum and get to work. Get yourself in a better position.

    It's some thing if a.myth is don't do anything to recover

    In used to walknfour.miles a day and did a lot of uphill walking. some guy moonman recovers doing the same.

    Long walks zinc vitt d sunshine and alcohol.lol

    Diet was good though generally protein fruit and veg

    Now can't eat much without feeling shite
