Why can't we just make this forum have open discussion about legitimacy of AAS producers? Like on CJM how they review the different ugls; no actual sourcing but discussion so people know what's bunk and what's legit?

My usual diet isn't like this lol, I'm just bulking for winter.
If you guys want to know my most successful diet ever, it involved lots of oatmeal, beans, pumpkin, broccoli, salmon, tuna, olive oil, walnuts, blueberries, flax seed, spinach, tomato and shiitake mushrooms. I was getting bigger and leaner, all natural, and it felt great. Absolutely 100% my best diet ever.

Great article! I pretty much eat all the foods listed in the article mon-fri. I do need to add in the shrooms, flax, salmon, and pumpkin into my diet though. I can eat the same thing over and over without really getting burned out, I love to cook and mix things up. I can be considered the Mexican Emeril.
