To up my core strength without having an ab day I plan to start going Yoga not only for the core strength but for the added flexablity limb strength, and the mind muscle connection.

Very true but when class is in session I'll be all about yoga but before and after I'll for sure be talking the girls up.
Hopefully there won't be a bunch of other guys in the classes.
