Sustain Alpha alternative?

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this? I loved the SA gel and I would like to get something similar for my upcoming spring/summer cycle. Doesn't have to be a topical, just wondering if anyone has found another product that gives similar results?

sustain was a worthless product, PP's other test booster was much more effective. curious as to why you would want sustain?
