Hey fellas. I've done some lurking on PP and now here on SS. Decided to join and introduce myself. I'm just now getting back into lifting after about 20 years off. I was in my teenage years when I last lifted regularly. I believe there to be good information on this site.

Welcome! You aren't alone on the long layoff. I was out of a "real gym" for 10 years before I got back to the iron again. Great group of guys here, and a bit of knowledge too.

It's amazing for how long I was in the game I feel so out of the loop after an absence...lol. A much needed one, though. Lots to catch up on for sure.
