Changes for the next week :
Will try to reduce carbs High GI after workout 'cause I eat them too much this week. My skin starts to be irritated with AndroEnhance. I will stop it during this week to rest my skin.

SUMMARY
Too much fat gained this week 'cause I ate too many High GI carbs after workout. No more strength.
For the moment, this cycle is interesting in term of muscle gain but not in strength. I didn't reach perfs with last year cycle (Andromass/Androhard). I reached 104kg in becnh press (230lbs) and today, I lift 93kg (205 lbs).
I don't know if I will stop at the end of this week or if I wait for one last week..... This begins to last....
