Anyone still doing DC Training?
if so, what do you typically do for your cruise?

im still doing dc. have been for about 2 years. im 44 so when im ready i take a full week off followed by a moderate weight week

I gave DC a four month natty run and ended up slightly weaker and slightly smaller at the end of it. Maybe I'm too old for it, or just don't have the genetics.
Anyway I went back to 5/3/1 and continue to slowly build strength. Having issues with size though.
