I highly disagree, i've read about it tons. Since the thought of just having to eat fruit and meat, for a week or 2, and not workout to just shed fat seemed awesome. But so I read a bunch on it. At doses of 250mg a day, for 11-14 days you can burn 7+lbs of pure fat, while saving muscle, almost side effect free at that dose. Actually when you read studies, and anecdotal evidence from people who aren't automatically against it going into reading about it. It's actually not bad for you at all per-say. There's a good deal of benefits from it.
Would I ever do it, no. I don't drink enough water or anything now, let alone when it could kill me lol. Nor do I feel like feeling shitty for 2 weeks in the Army. So this isn't from a standpoint of someone who wants to do it. But after reading about it, and all the positivty, as well as the beneifts from it, I don't think it's bad at all within reason, and watched over fairly closely.
