do you guys really like eca that much? i haven't tried it, but it sounds appealing. im at about 11% now... trying to get to 8 and then oscillate between 8 and 10 for the whole summer.
never got below 9% before and that was only for a few weeks.

ill be the first to admit to be over 15%bf quite often, and in the past id resort to shit like eca, otc burners ect, and results were always piss poor, and even look in the mirror and tell myself i looked leaner but it was bs......nothing fixes poor diet, and once that is fixed and the person gets what works for them, be it scope's carbnite log as an example (i for one would never eat like that consistently high or not), theyll see change and not need pills
anyone who is regularly under 10% must be competitive or not carrying as much muscle as they think, then id say yeah do what you gotta do
