This weeks CN will be pretty damn clean and tamer than the past ones.
Lots of cereal and low fat treats then something nice and buttery right before bed.

Nice looking forward for the results! What kind of butter are you going to use?? And do you already have a sketch of the kill-plan for the occasion ??

Today I repped twice with 365 Conventional deads! Everyone in the gym was starring, then a HUGE powerlifter guy (this guy is huge and sick at his game), came and told me in private: ''I believe you can do a bit more reps than that, and afterwards you can def kill 405, with better movement.

Now eventhough my adrenaline was through the roof, I was listened to what he had to advise. He said to stress more in your hams, up to the point where you start using back! Avoid back at the begining!

So he went once to show me, had to look up and use pure hams to a certain degree and I went again same weights, nailed it twice and then he said: ''solid done! Perfect!Look, you're strong, strong for your size, and you nailed the last one good. Master the technique and you are powerlifter material! You have the spirit for it.''

That made my day, now I have to work on the technique he showed me. Today I was feeling to try 385 pounds! But by the time he gave me the advice, and I nailed it solid... I had NO power left in me! Had to go light on chest,,,, and I now b crashinnnnn

I think you can do 405. Not sure what pointers if any I would give without actually seeing you pull though. Keep it up man!
