If it was me I'd always keep fats to at least half your body weight per day or no less than 70g of you want to really go low fat.
Good advise. I'm going lower fat then before, but it's not thaaaat low. Your advise is GOOD to keep in mind and I will def up it a bit if I feel that I need to. I'm sure I get more fat than this, but here's my ''for sure'' fat sources on a typical day:
1.5 TBS CO first thing in the AM before cardio (21 grams of fat)
4 eggs cooked in 1/2 TBS CO (27 grams of fat)
3 of my meals cooked with 1/2 TBS in one setting (7 grams of fat)
1 TBSP of CO in my post workout (or on non-training days, basic whey) shake (14 grams of fat).
(might be a bit off, if anything let me know)

This added up is about 69 grams. I know I consume more fat from veggies (especially avocado), fish (like salmon), Peanut butter, almonds...

My fat intake was wayyyy higher before... I lowered it to where it is right now to see how it would further help me to drop off that STUBBORN bodyfat while I am aware of how important fat is for that fatburn as well. Just trying to find and keep that ''sweetspot''. And for now lower cals (including fat) is working.

Thanks for the tip bro and reminder, If I see that I start losing muscle definition, strength or start losing progress in fat burn I might play with the fat intake especially in the AM a bit!!!

Nice deadlift pic. Those guys in the back are either admiring or just plain jealous haha

You look heavier, muscle wise, than 173.

Thanks for the compliment and motivation BBG! Maybe because I'm 5'7 it might look heavier, I'm a shorty... I know for sure that a lot of fat was eliminated from my waist area. Kinda annoying wearing jeans now because a size w 29 would be just about right, but then with my pumped up thighs... it just doesn't go. So I'm forced to wear the same old bigger waist jeans even though my waist completely went away.

And yeah, my gym's a pretty much ''mainstream gym''. A lotta hot girls and a lotta fashion... Not too many hardcore lifters around. So whenever I deadlift or squat I notice a crowd starring

Wrong and diet are words that could start a big debate. Lol
Just don't want to see anyone suffering threw a low fat any sort of diet because fatty diets taste better and allows you to cut cals and maintain/retain more mass.

Killed it today. Nailed 275 on Decline BB press (my shoulder has a minor strain so I really can't BB press flat nor incline for now).
Was a great session. Pumped the arms and then took a pic:

    By means of Weekend's inspiration:

Squats (performed on a speed pace)
    100 x bar
    15 x 135
    15 x 185
    15 x 225
    10 x 245
    8 x 275
    6 x 295
    5 x 295
    6 x 275
    10 x 225

Lunged (walking) the whole gym 14 rounds, and there's the pathway that goes all the way down to the back and then come back uphill (brutal)

    Stiff-legged deadz
    51 x 135
    30 x 135
    20 x 185

And THAT was IT! Get in get out style today but I'm destroyed

Focusing on endurance lately. A few weeks ago I did sets after sets of deep deep squats 135 x 40-45 reps each.
Feels light and easy at the start but it KILLS you in a way so different than heavier weights, and I find it's helping me out when I go heavier. With form, mindpower, resistance.

Usually end up on the floor ala Dave Tate Mind Trip: The Void
    I live for such moments!
