Would eating a few hands of almonds with big spoons of almond butter a good choice?
So today, while I was working, the A/C got messed up. And we had so much work to do that I didn't get a chance to see how to fix it. Picture it BBG, remember it's always HOT where I live. I was sweating my seat was WET, I was leaking sweat all over... this environment was the worse experience ever.
Kinda crave all of those right now. Been craving Pizza real bad these days... I was thinking about starting small tomorrow. Eating one carb meal in the evening. Any suggestions? It's been awhile.
And also day 10 @ 1:22AM after work. See that bloating, girl! Crazzzzyyyy

I'm ending this soon, So I wanted to just do one crazy cheat meal tomorrow, and then stick at it in keto more until the end of the week

you can easily out eat DNP. do not do a huge cheat.
instead, try a day with maybe 4 servings of fruit and a bunch of rice. then back to the low carb.
maybe start incorporating fruit preworkout
if i were you i would keep it up for another week.
I'll try staying at 150mg, because 300 started becoming unbearable. But then again, I also started with Alpha-T2 and Thyrovex... so not sure if that could be the problem. So today I only took 150mg.
Yesterday even with 150mg I had to go to the bathroom like every 40 minutes!!!! And I HAD to go!!! It was too intense. Let's see how today will treat me without the other supps
