    So how much was lost during your run now that your a week off and looking better?
    Did you do any BF measurments?
    All in all do you think your run was worth it?

    Low quality camera. But so far I still feel bloated... Still hoping that I would look better than this... if not, DNP, in my opinion, is not worth all the cons. I followed everything strict by the rule diet wise, but still I am not even CLOSE to what I accomplished natty back in May:

    I still gotta get my bodyfat measured this week to see. Everything I wear feels big around the waist.
    And if I don't see more changes than what I see right now... I honestly think it was not worth it. But maybe more will come out soon

    Doing nothing but eating and reading so I'm not stocking you. Or am I???

    Maybe eat some grub that you know makes you drop water. I know some fiber will help pull water from your body so your shits won't be rock hard.

    Yeah I remember how you looked after your natty cut and that's why I was shocked at how DNP had you looking but I was unaware of the bloated and flat sides it comes with.

    I do see some progress but like you said if it doesn't get better than that it's just not worth the cons and RISK.

    Do you know if weekend has ever posted DNP before and afters?
    Would like to see his results.

    No I havent. I have run 83 pills this year now, though. I don't think its really worth it either now.

    I have had impressive results but only when I can stifle the monster cravings. I have really lame discipline.

    It works magic if you eat like a bird. And LSD is a fantastic diuretic. I did a week cycle at 300 once and took adderall a ton that week, dropped some acid and looked like a physique competitor. Until I ate a meal and then looked lame again lol

    I guess I was on aas too. Dnp definitely works much better on steroids. Night and day.

    I think it's best use is on a strong cutting cycle dosed eod or something

    I also believe only fat gives a significant bloat, so to get truly lean you must run the dnp until you feel lean. Which will eventually happen. But it probably isn't worth being so lethargic. Even a TRT dose of test keeps me significantly leaner...

    Brings me back to infamy's post..

    So since this is 10 days after... I should probably start carbing up a bit with pure fibers right? What else can I use as diuretics??

    And good point guys. I believe DNP was a fun and good experience, and I might do it again, not sure when though, but if I do it again it would be completely different.

    Right now I'm so happy I'm through it, and that soon my PH cycle will begin
    ... now if I can only drop that water before the cycle starts...................................
