I'm starting this new log since the old one was basically my last cycle... been too lazy to start a new one, but, today, I finally did.

I am now:

179 pounds
have yet to measure my bf %... hopefully one day soon.

Today is my 6th day on ULC, Tomorrow this shall be my routine for CN:

Before the madness start I shall do some HIIT about 9am at the gym, and hit weights around 12pm.
30 minutes after the HIIT (which would be 12 - 15 minutes tops) I will eat: 6 eggs (4 of them whites only) + 1 slice of lean roastbeef + mushrooms + red peppers + cayenne peppers + 1/3 cup of wallnuts + 2 TBSP of Coconut oil.

When I'm finishing my Tricep and Delt workout (which would be about an hour and HEAVY!!!) I will drink my post workout shake which would be: 25 grams hydrolyzed whey protein, 10 grams casein, 1 TBSP of Coconut oil.

Then I don't eat for about 2 hours straight......

then... the madness:

3pm: 3 cups of Jasmine rice + 30 grams of lean ground beef + 1/3 of the Marshmellow pebbles box with skim milk
5pm: 3 cups of Jasmine rice + 35 grams of Tilapia + 20 grams of mushroom/artichoke mix + Protein and carb rich homemade cookies by one of my training partners
6:45 pm: 3 cups of Jasmine rice + 35 grams of Tilapia + 20 grams of mushroom/artichoke mix + another one of those home made cookies
8pm: 2 pieces of those poptarts
9pm: the remaining 2/3 of the marshmellow box in almond milk with about a cup of oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1/2 cup of blueberries (might throw in some PB as well, all natural)
11pm: 30 grams of casein protein in almond milk mixed with a banana and about 3 cups of CO (load up the fat!) then I crash yo!
