So, as crazy as it might sound, I've lost 5 pounds, through week 1.
My protein was lowered a bit more per meal (sitting at around 30 grams per meal, and I eat 7-8 times a day) 210-240 grams a day ish. Fat and carbs depends on the days, but basically I have 2x days where carb's around 120 grams a day, 2x days @ 100 grams, 3x at 30 grams (only dinner at 7pm).
Fat is higher when carb is lower. And Fat is mostly in the AM's and early PM's while carb's in the PM's only.
This is where I need some advise. I feel fat and sluggish in a way. I believe it's mostly in my head. And since I've been off of the ECY stack for a week I think (correct me if I'm wrong):
1) It might have made me into a less confident individual and also more humble in seeing all my weak areas (without the adrenaline boost in my head from the beta and alpha receptor manipulators).
2) Perhaps as Jelisej said, my adrenal gland my be completely OUT OF WHACK!
I also have no idea what my cortisol levels are like. I started taking Vit C again, 2g before bedtime and 2g upon awakening.
Any advise in this particular situation? Any way to make sure my Adrenals and cortisol is back to normal?
And Ryan, today I'll do some conventional deadz after 3 weeks again, to see where my strength's at. Squats Tuesday were legit! 365 deeper than ever for 4 reps.
Today I finally nailed my pr of 10 x 405 conventional deadlift. My goal is to make it to 20 reps in 2014, and up my 1-rep max as soon as I feel my bones and joints can bear it.
With the new eating routine so far I lost 7 pounds, and strength is pretty much KEPT!

Slowly but surely, dropping bf's. The priority here is my strength, so I rather drop it slow and keep my strength as I watch the fat come off.
2 weeks stimulant free, and I feel very much better already!!

Great to hear you're not rebounding after dropping stims! You will not regret it man, bad for your brain and hormones in many ways.

If you can do 10 reps on 405, 20 should be cake fast.
