Interesting. I wonder if it was an underlying issue. A bodybuilder dies of a heart attack, it is easy to assume stimulant usage, clenbuterol and the like, or even something like DNP was the culprit. But a powerlifter wouldn't have much use for these products, at least as far as I understand.
