    Deadlifts

    Just picked up 455 lbs. on the deadlift tonight! Pretty happy because ive been stuck on 405 for a while now. I know it's bitch weight to everyone else on here but just felt like sharing! haha Will be attempting 500 lbs. in a few weeks!

    haha, not bitch weight to me...Congrats bud!

    it was just a little over that I started to tear the ligaments in my wrist...was quite literally pulling my hand off my wrist.

    Nice job Every PR is celebrated here, no matter the size of it. Progress is the only thing that matters. You are stronger than many here and weaker than others. Doesn't matter. Someone who pulled 650 was pulling 455 a couple years ago. Congrats on your new PR and we will celebrate with you when you hit 500.

    Thank you everyone! Will try and get some video when I hit 500 for some feedback and criticism, or at least a picture. And the pull was done conventional off the ground, never done sumo before!
