good reminder about the Taurine...also a staple for me.

I also go on and off greens, depending on dietary requirements. went on a whole food diet for a while, at that time there was no need.

    however, I can't do greens in powder...yuck!

Yea haha, greens powder doesn't taste like peaches. I use Swanson's Green Max... one scoop in my morning green tea. The heat works well to dissolve the powder and somehow make the taste more bearable.

I really love them. My recovery is much better, sleep is better, and they really shine in pct for me. 2xs a day max is all I need. Most times i just hit a nightly dosage.

I'm sure you haven't tried RXwhey's/PN greens in powder. It's really good, no bs!

Muscle sparing capabilities. I've noticed that when I use them in PCT they help me keep most if not all my my gains. Plus, I can recover better and also helps keep my hunger levels elevated.

any negatives on thyroid hormone levels though? i might be way off here, but if i remember right, GRF for instance has a negative impact on T3 to T4 conversion and clomid raises TBG. I thought about running peps on my pct, but thyroid concerns made me decide to wait. am i being a clitoris?

i'd really like to not lose a bunch and not feel like shit during my pct lol
