AM v.1 Diarrhea?

Bumped my AM v.1 dose up to 9 pills a day. Since I've been having stomach/diarrhea issues. Any correlation possible, or should I see if it passes?

Never had that side. Are you splitting the dosing am - pm or all at once?

At 9 pills it is three times a day.

It's more of an upset stomach, feeling as if I'll have diahrea but not even be able to use the bathroom. All day feeling. Day one, O was in the bathroom all day though.


This is not an usual occurrence, so I just figured AM was the variable.

Are you trying to dose with different foods?

Correction I meant dosing strictly with fats or strictly with protein?

No, usually take them with breakfast and dinner; my two most calorie dense meals. The mid day dose may or may not be taken with food.

Thought it might be the grapefruit, or another aspect of the carrier, and that it may have been a common side at the higher dose.

I feel fine otherwise, and don't doubt the possibility of coincidence.

Wasn't that one of the reasons for the initial adjustments in the formula?
