5/3/1 assistance work
After setting a PR on deads last night, it occurred to me that my assistance work has been a major part of my progression. Of my lifts deads feel like the one training day I am getting right. My squat work is not far behind, and my military/stand press is progressing albeit slowly.
My bench is a different story. I am worried that it will fall behind the other lifts. To be fair, it's my fault. I don't have a great routine of assistance work. So with that in mind. I'd like to hear what assistance/additional lifts that guys have found to be beneficial in increasing their bench.

Barbell rows, dips, pull-ups.

I've had good results with weighted dips, decline BB press, and flat dumbell presses. I do flys (cables or db) and dumbell pullovers too, but the weighted dips were an obvious winner in my book.

Floor press, cable skull crushers/regular skull crushers, board press
