So summer is right around the corner, which means a lot of us are going to try to shed some body fat over the next few months. I just wanted to get some opinions on thermogenics/fat burners. I've used a few different ones in the past with mixed results. I know that diet and training are by far the most important factors, but I just want to get some feed back on these type of supplements. What are your experiences with them? Any in particular that you'd recommend? Or are they just a waste of money?
