Thermogenics/fat burners

So summer is right around the corner, which means a lot of us are going to try to shed some body fat over the next few months. I just wanted to get some opinions on thermogenics/fat burners. I've used a few different ones in the past with mixed results. I know that diet and training are by far the most important factors, but I just want to get some feed back on these type of supplements. What are your experiences with them? Any in particular that you'd recommend? Or are they just a waste of money?

So I've heard. Unfortunately, I don't know where to get Ephedra. I was thinking more along the lines of OTC supplements.

ephedrine is available in most states in OTC congestion remedies. you may have to show ID and there may be a limit.

but yeah, ECA is pretty effective. i don't see a need for anything else. start with some green tea and yerba mate and high-intensity cardio

What would be an effective does? To give you an idea, right now I'm 175lbs and around 10% bf.

i believe the dose is 25mg with a full aspirin tablet and around 200mg caffeine. some repeat this dose again, but assess your tolerance
