    Developing Calves?

I've spent the better half of the last year ignoring my calves.Today it wad warm enough to wear shorts instead of pants, and I've come to notice the issue full swing.

I have 4 weeks left of bulking, before I cut.

    Any calf tips?

my calves grow like crazy, I rarely work them anymore due to proportion reasons but when I do, it's high volume bodyweight. for eg. a jog on tip toes until the lactic acid is unbearable, then another 5 min lol. They pump up like a priest's nuts in a confessional hearing a strippers penance. I mean huge pump. I suppose you could do a variance of this like static toe jumping, etc.... I don't get much from heavy weight, low rep out of them

100 calf raises with your own body weight everyday, control the tempo... Read this on T-Nation and it actually gave me good results 3/4 inch in a month) you should try (I'll also hit them once a week with more weight but high reps). I also stretch calves everday and feel better on my feet. IMO doing 10-15 reps for a couple of sets doesn't really stress the calves. I guess everyone has his thing..

^^^this, lots of guys trying traditional stuff for calves with no or little success, gotta go against the grain, only i'd try it 3x a week. the must do 10k reps a day normally just walking. You wanna pump the hell outta them.
