    Is it worth the cash? And what about flavor?

    I liked blueberry a lot, I ran 10 lbs straight through every day in pct and kept gaining a little, blended with milk and frozen blueberries

    Personally for that price/serving I'd grind my own oats in a processor.

    It wouldn't be as tasty though... And that would mean after like a week you probably wouldn't do it anymore lol

    protein, quaker oats, pb in a blender is fkn good
