I've been using Elite Casein from Dymatize for awhile, but recently started with Probolics-SR by MHP. Both are okay. Personally I enjoy the probolic taste more. The only thing is I'm mixing it with 5ML of Liverjuice before bed because of the Mecha's... but ahhh it's okay. Tomorrow since it's my high carb day, I'll mix it with Almond milk instead of water, and also I might get some pound cake for the special ''pre-bedtime'' HIGH CARBED SUGAHHHH meal occation

Update on the training:

Today was just messed up. I was so limited in what I could do. Could not use dumbbells for militairy press, had to do a machine instead. And triceps I think made my fractured Chest/ribbs a bit more messed up than they were. ''Thank you Adrenaline''...

So tomorrow I'm gonna go kill legs... perhaps avoiding squats and leg press... anything that might effect my ribbs.. and afterwards I'm getting Xray done....

Sucks that this has to happen during my cycle!!!! I hope it's not something serious. But it HURTS even to breath!!! Or when I have to bend down WOW!

Back in Miami, I remember I hooked up with this girl, just because I knew her dad was a dealer that would sell nothing but high quality Cali indoors imported into Miami.

This girl brought a bag of the stickiest bubble-gum bud I had ever laid my hands on personally, and the smell... was just so unique. Funny thing is she said that was a gift for me! And she took out another bag of the same stuff, and said ''this is for us tonight!''

I ended up with my gift (the big bag loaded with the Cali buds) and plus half of the bag she came with for that evening. And the next weekend me and this other girl used all of it, for a crazy mescaline trip that lasted pretty much almost 18-20 hours straight.
