@Outlaw I feel you I just try and keep the peace when I can
Deleted my latest message on your buddycheck, didn't agree that we should tolerate disrespect like that, but I didn't want to keep the thread going
@Outlaw I mean, that’s why I don’t take B anymore. Or any other supplements besides the herbs. I’ve crashed on a lot of shit. Unfortunately that’s just kinda how it goes when your body is in this state. I’d say it might make you feel bad for a week or 2 but you’ll settle back into baseline soon enough. That’s been my experience. Fortunately the crashes don’t last, and eventually you’re gonna feel better either way. Don’t sweat the crash too much man. I know that sounds like shitty advice and like I’m leaving you out to dry, but coming from someone who’s crashed over and over and over, just don’t sweat it, you’ll be good. Give it some time and recoup. For what it’s worth, folic acid or cyanoB12 only made me feel bad for a short period, like a couple days, the methyl is what crashed me for like 8 months. I think you’re gonna be fine man.
Hey man I crashed from the B. I feel just like in my first month it's horrible. How do I get out of this? Im terrified
Thanks for the confirmation man. I am gonna nuke this tinnitus
@Outlaw looks good dude. None of those ingredients, to my knowledge, will harm you. If it makes you feel bad just discontinue usage and carry on
Hey buddy really dont want to bother you, but I just wanted to confirm that those B Complex ingredients were fine methyl-wise: Contains: Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 180 mg Thiamine (Thiamine Mononitrate) 100 mg Riboflavin (Riboflavin) 20 mg Niacinamide 25 mg Folate (Folic Acid) 400 mcg Vitamin B6 5 mg (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 30 mcg Biotin (Biotin) 45 mcg) Pantothenic Acid 5.5 mg (Calcium d-Pantothenate) NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Debittered Brewer’s Yeast, Gelatin, Natural Caramel Colour, Soybean Oil, Soy Lecithin, Vegetable Glycerin Just wanna make sure its fine before buying. Glad to know you're doing better recently. I am following behind. Thanks
Thanks for the clarification man, I'll try that, all the best
@Outlaw my bad if I’m being unclear man. Anything that starts with methyl, avoid. Try whatever you want, of course, but methylated vitamins are playing with fire. Try a B complex with folic acid (B9) and cyanocobalamin (B12) instead, if it doesnt help you just stop taking it. These forms of B9 and B12 are man-made but they don’t come with the risk of a devastating crash like a methyl vitamin would.
Yo I'm sorry to drag this conversation but I don't get it, you say to avoid methyl but you say I can take a B Complex that contains methyl? Don't know what to do of this.
