sleep wasnt as good last night. woke up after 6 hours. popped an l-theanine and fell back asleep though :)

the fact that I oscillate towards normal function and pfs though gives a lot of hope that everything will come back.

the puffy face is super weird. I feel like it's it's improved a tad but it's super annoying the round face cuz I'm a really looks concious person. I wonder if upping my coffee + water per day like I used to will fix this or if it's a pfs thing.

I'm not sure if mine is estrogen or cortisol. I feel like it's more cortisol that's my issue.

Dont sweat the sleep, Jacknap. To this day, since being on this protocol, or just actively fighting the PFS battle in general, my sleep is good, but still has its ups and downs, and minor inconsistencies. One night i may only get 6 in a half hours, then another night i may get 9 hours. It should ultimately get 100% in the end. its all about how you nourish yourself. Overall though, i have cured my "non-24 sleep disorder", that i battled for the majority of a decade, one way or another. And i have held my good sleep schedule for at least 9 months!!! before i could only hold it for 6 weeks. or 6 months half assed-ly. sleep discipline is something i practice religiously now. Now ive done it for 9 months. broken a record. couldnt even hold a job back in the day due to it. fuck that shit, now i can!!! So dont sweat it bro! =)

by the way, "non 24 sleep disorder" is when your internal sleep clock/circadian rhythm rotates around the entire 24hour clock. you could be normal for 2 weeks, and then completely nocturnal for the next two weeks.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the alcohol. You're better off indulging in some phenibut and maybe even some Kratom added in. As long as you get back on the wagon the next day.

It most certainly does. Although one dose for new years isn't going to fuck you up. It does the same exact things to the body as traditional opiates do. That being said, if you're hell bent on tying one on, it's still better then messing up your Gaba A system with booze.

If combined with a gaba B agonist, such as phenibut, the phenibut will increase your sex drive and the kratom will make you last like a stalion.

yohimbine + phenibut is my favourite combo for sex. Destroy girls with that. lol

bit of a rough sleep last night. MY alarm reset and woke up to some abrasive sounds. took like an hour to get back to sleep. But compared to were I was in the summer I'll take it.

really hope the gainz I made on cycle are permanent. If so and this pace continues I should be fully recovered in 1-3 months

only thing that never goes away is that weird numb/pumping feeling in my head. I'm pretty sure it's from the spinal tap though rather than pfs.

Really ill-advised, man. If you don't notice the effects of this binge within a week, you're probably good to go, but I highly discourage anyone from doing this during recovery. Sometimes you start feeling better and forget how delicate your body still is beneath that top layer.

You are correct.

I learned this the hard way. I was the consummate partier....still am.....lol.

This is why I recommend abstinence during recovery. I personally could only usually make it about six months before caving some....then I'd reup, get back on the wagon, and go another six months. I probably could have shaved a year or more off my recovery had I just gone through straight without fucking up.

Honestly, the hardest part for me was being sober.

bit of a down swing. Have that wake up were I can't get back to sleep after 3 hours of sleep and stayed awake for 1.5-2 hours. Took an l-theanine and kava tincture and got the bulk of the rest of my hours.

at least these are nights are becoming fewer and farther between.

next cycle I think i'm gunna do 600mg (I did it for two days this cycle and liked it even MORE).

If I do a third cycle I'll add 4 andro too cuz my bloods showed low T high DHT so my shit might e a low T problem rather than DHT (The compound I took slaughters all androgens not just DHT).

used 5adp at like 7pm too. Strange thing with it, it only hit me the first time I used it now it does nothing. hmmm. I only use it like once or twice a week too.

feeling a bit emotional today. lurked my dad's facebook and he stopped posting things around the time of my crash.. and he had some really sad things too... gave both my parents a hug and told them how much I love them.

I really hope I can make it up to him because although he has been frustrated not believing me at times he has done a shit load for me and just want to make him proud.

Just keep in mind, the best thing you can do for anyone in your life, is recover.

And....cry. Let that shit out. It's toxic to carry that around inside you. You should be happy that you're able to feel emotions again...bad or good. You can increase the expenditure of negative emotions by doing a few rounds of breathing exercises....it'll open the flood gates.

besides the ebb and flow of things my new years celebration was not a good idea + the ladies keep up too late sometimes (this girl drank too much and I had to nurse her before she got home, no I didn't drink myself but she kept insisting to have more drinks and then it all hit her.. sigh.)

at least there's upswings though that gives more faith to full recovery.

I think it's more the uncertainty because I crashed from a completely different chemical and the fact that I was having convulsions and insane headaches that felt like an aneurysm when I first sometimes makes me unsure if it's some sort of organ damage (if it's like a stroke full recovery is kinda bleak - though I did have a CT scan right after the convulsion episode so they would most likely have caught a stroke but after seeing that doctors aren't perfect not always sure). I'm going doing everything in my power though to make it so if recovery is possible I will do it AND I am seeing improvements so it does seem like run of the mill PFS.

I think also during down swings it's harder for me to stay positive because the down swings in themselves I'd imagine = lower neurosteroids so easier to be depressed.

got chlamydia so gotta do antibiotics for at least 1 week. sigh.. they took a long time to notify me because of the holidays

PFS might change things, but pre-pfs I had chlamydia and it went away after like ten days without any treatment.

The antiobiotics are going to kill the good flora(bacteria) in the gut, so any of the probiotics are going to go to waste as they build up the good flora in the gut only to be beaten down again by the anti's.

Best bet is wait and lesson learned.
