Deadlift
body weight: 243.4
one and a halfs (normal setup off the floor, start pull like normal but stop just above the knee cap, lower weight back to the floor, then perform one full rep to lockout, thats 1)

Rack pulls from just bellow knee cap (no belt, with lifting straps)

Was a good workout, fast pace too, Took us about an hour to roll all the way through. Didn't do any max weight work but still worked on something I've been bad at (slow off the floor)
My sleep has been off this week and I had really high BP this morning so I'm glad I have fri and sat to settle down. Plus Im taking my lady to go see Ron White tomorrow so that should be a good time.
