jbry is the man!!!!
gives out tons of advice, has used every ph there is, twice, but is skinny fat 170lb.......and when i called him out on AM once he brought up some bs about food and genetics.....hard to take advice from someone who doesnt follow it themselves, and in this millieu, doesnt look the part

again anyone with any fkn common sense between their ears would laugh at any thought of some sort of under handed conspiracy, but there is obviously many who lack such a simple thing

Yes on multiple boards. Like I said on AM, I thought it was pretty interesting and worth sharing.
