after reaching 460, my knee got injured and I've been sticking to 405 for a few weeks. Repping out around 3 to 4 reps.
This week since I'm trying to apply the accumulation phase principles I sumo squatted 275 today, 10 reps solid, without much effort to. I mean, I felt it! Felt amazing! And I'm damn sore already! But it wasn't that difficult going down and up.
Friday I'll be squatting normal, and I'll see if I can stick around 315's.
These 3 weeks I'm NOT going heavy... giving my CNS a chance to regain power and work capacity.

Over slept due to not getting any sleep Sunday night so no squats yet. I'll be hitting squats today after work no matter what time I get off because I need to get the ball rolling.
Also need to pick up my treadmill so I can start doing 25-30 minutes 1-2 times a day. It'll be max incline at 4.5mph, and some HIIT the day after my refeeds.
All I did was toss some FP I to the mix and then into the waffle maker.

So I've been weed free since last Friday and after 3 days I've started to dream again and damn did I miss dreaming at night.
After a couple weeks I plan to go pick up some edibles and see if they will hit me like they should because I've never had any crazy experiences with them but I read and heard its the shit so I'm hoping they will have more kick now that I'm not smoking it. I'll probably pick up a volcano vaporizer when I do start back up just be ause its healthier than inhaling smoke all the time. Won't get rid of my 2 footer because when all else fails that never does. Lol
Perhaps I missed it but what was the reason for not lifting?
Kept tweaking my shoulders so I was just doing lower body work them my knees and back started acting up so I just took time off to let everything rest. Had no intention of a 8 week layoff but I just kept tweaking my shoulders at work, they still bug but I got tired of waiting around so I started lifting again yesterday.
Scope, you dropped a lot man. Is you shoulder still messing with you? You need to get back full throttle, because I see a skinny scope that is ready to be jacked by means of muscle memory when you start working that body and loading up carbs every past a few days BAM!
The time has come for Scope to return!

Yeah it's still bugging but I'm back at it and will slowly pin the throttle over the next few months. I don't like what I see in the mirror but on the other hand I'm at a good place to pack on some mass while dropping some fat or at least not adding any to what I have. It sucks to look at my past pics and compare them to now but its also good motivation to FUCKING KILL IT, and comeback bigger and better/leaner.
