New PR and most likely what I will submit for the competition as I am not going to max out again till the meet in june.

Jeez... and you made that look easy man! You are become more of a machine each day! Congratz! That is some HEAVY weight!
Thanks for the support fellas!
Well had an interesting squat day, of thursday was deadlift, pulled 605 for a easy double. Then took a wild swing at 715 with hanging bands just to see what it felt like, guess what? It feels heavy! Made it slightly above knee level. This wasn't planned I was just curious.
Back to squats, skipped my projected opener of 585 and took 600 instead:

With singlet on instead of shorts I'm hoping depth was apparent on this one.
followed up with a run at 650, had coach get on the side so you can see the depth. Of course I cut this one high lol. But as you can see I didnt get the up command so my handler has good judgement (the guy with the raw 775 I posted) I just was feeling alot of pressure from the knee wrap and didnt want to lean forward. Its all good, no real trouble with the weight. I mean it felt like a pr goal weight lol.

For 650 wow man! That's NOT light weight! Very very impressed bro really awesome job. You KNOW next time you'll hit the depth perfect!
Kind of an overload week, on tuesday worked up too 465 with band assist.

Thursday worked up to 705 band assist on the deadlift, never felt this weight all the way to lockout so that was a new experience. HAd some issues at lockout but its a work in progress.

And yesterday squated with chains.. err chainz lol. Had somewhere between 90 and 120 lbs in chains depending on your height. Worked up to 585 + the chains. Was a strugle but did complete the lift.
Happy Easter guys!
