Ok now to the meat of the log.
Long story short I was a lazy fat ass several years ago and tipped the scales at 330+ and with a lot a hard work and a good diet I've been able to drop down to 195@15-16%bf.
Now that that's out of the way my current goals are to be 220-225@10-12%BF and not let myself get above 15-16%.
I'm on week 4 of a Alv2 (8 caps) and AHv1 (1gram). I'll continue with that for another 2 weeks while I preload cycle support and other supps to get ready for 6 weeks of Tbol LV stacked with AHv3.
I have the cycle plan at work but off the top of my head it something like this.
Tbol 60/60/80/80/80-100/80-100
AHv3 4/4/4/4/4/4
Pct
Torem started at 100-120 and tapered down for 4-5 weeks
PP TRS, TCF-1, Anabeta, creatine and some other supps that I have on hand.
The last 2 weeks of Tbol will be dosed according to how I feel, gains, and the rate of gains taking place at the time.
Didn't get bloods before I started the AL and AH but plan to get Bloods done before I start the Tbol at the end of the Tbol and post PCT.
