To up my core strength without having an ab day I plan to start going Yoga not only for the core strength but for the added flexablity limb strength, and the mind muscle connection.
Plus the eye candy has to be great!!
Yoga is good idea, I tried Tai CHi as well, but I'm just too nervous for both. I think if you can do Yoga, your mind is already far from stress. BTW- good luck bro'!

Thanks and I'll give it a shot and see how it goes. I want to go to a good yoga class that actually teaches the art and reasoning behind what we are doing.
Yoga looks and seems challenging for the body and mind and I love a good challenge.
