What if I wanted to run another water fasting but I already started to cycling herbs from 1.5 months?
Is that convenient to drop it all and start it back from scratch?
I wish I had run at least 10 days water-fasting cause at the beginning of the protocol I just run 4 days water fasting and I guess it was not enought, I mean.. I feel I do need it now!
What do you think about it?
