Follo wthe program as much as you can. Its basically putting u in optimal condition to get better as soon as possible for your body.
Cold showers
Exercise( weights sprints HIIT)
Mediation
Diet( No Gluten)
Sorry to hear what has happened to you. Its not easy but just fight on each day. Im only on the program a month but its really helped me mentally. I had my "good" moments with sexual symptoms but Iv learned its better to not really evaluate it them so much. Its a rollercoaster with its ups and downs but yea the program is the way to go.
