I don't detect any subsidence at this point.
Also, I should point out that while I was taking the tincture and the caffeine, I sort of pigged out this week on pizza, cheeses, pasta, alcohol, chocolate, desserts, cake, etc... Did not crash. Also, bowel movements have returned to almost normal frequency.
Must say I'm getting a little tired of paleo. I needed a break. And now that my food sensitivities are much less severe I think I may have start to reincorporate a little cheese and pasta into the diet.

Pine pollen give me a GREAT pressure on pelvic region, i am not complaning, just saying what happens, it is one of the herbs wich let me horny, but until now, nothing has been better than Butea Superba.

I think tincture is best cycled right as adviced by cd
I use the powder daily though in my shakes
u can make paleo more fun if you use dairy too and don't have sensitivies. I don't i'm personally satisfied with eating clean and don't really get cravings for crap.
for me i miss using drugs recreationally more lol. was never a big junk food eater.

I know what you're talking about. Forgive the digression to paleo. Why don't you try the tincture for a couple of weeks and see how you feel? You're taking practically half the items you'd find in a vitamin store anyway, what's one more addition to your mad witches brew?
