focus on what you have not what you don't have. not going to lie I was the biggest cry baby during down swings. But now deeper into it I finally have got some discipline (getting better doesn't hurt either). Nurture yourself. In the darkest moments when I was getting panic attacks daily meditation really helped. Holosync + deep breathing together would help the panic attacks go away.
